Hi! My name is Elysee Sadia, but you can call me Ely. I’m a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in France, and I’m also a graduate student at Dartmouth College studying globalization, which means I learn about how people, cultures, countries, and ideas around the world are connected. I love traveling and learning about new places. So far, I’ve visited more than a dozen countries, including Egypt, Brazil, Spain, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. I’m very grateful that this year I get to combine two things I love: learning and teaching. When I’m not studying or traveling, I love trying new food, shopping, exploring new places, and reading a good book. I also have a dog named Jordan, who I love very much. In the future, I hope to become a lawyer. One thing I almost never travel without is a journal, because I love writing down what I see, learn, and experience. And just in case there’s a beach nearby, I always bring a bathing suit too!
