Now that I am here in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), I have been having so much fun! There are so many awesome events going on all the time, and I am looking forward to telling you more about them in my next journal. A couple of weeks ago, I started my "papers" (that’s what they call classes here). I am doing my Master’s in Indigenous Studies, and so far I really love my professors and everything we are learning about! I hope you are enjoying your classes too – I can’t wait to hear more about them.
