Fashion Business in Taiwan

What language(s) do you speak? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

I speak Chinese. If you want to say "Hello" in Chinese, you can say 你好 (Nǐ hǎo).

Do you have pets?:

I have one cat, whose name is 西瓜籽 (Xīguā zǐ). The name means "watermelon seeds" in Chinese.

Have you traveled? Where have you traveled to?:

If I manage to get some free time, I really like traveling. My favorite places to travel are Fiji, Bali, Indonesia and Palawan, Philippines.

What do you do for work?:

I started my own fashion business in Taiwan and often do a lot of the work. My daily duties include managing, production, public relations, human resources and more. This is a new type of fashion business. I built a platform (website and social media channel) for Taiwanese artists and designers to sell their clothing. By the middle of June, we will have 40 artists and designers who are part of my company. My favorite thing about my business is I haven't spent one dollar on public relations, because each artist has their own following, so I don't have to do much promotion. Many fashion companies spend a lot of money on promotion, so I am in a unique situation.

Is there anything else you would like to say to students in the United States?:

Welcome to Taiwan. I think America is the nation of liberty.
