Definitely when my grandmother cooked one of my favorite dishes -- a whole baked fish called orada. I went to the fish market one morning and bought two oradas for us. My grandmother prepared them by putting garlic and herbs like rosemary and sage inside the fish, and baked them with slices of lemon and olive oil on top. Delicious!
