Journal Entry:

Well, friends, it appears our time together is coming to an end. It makes me a little sad that I have to say goodbye, but I'm also thrilled that I have had the chance to share my time in Japan with you. I hope you learned new things and that I was able to encourage you to explore other countries and try out new forms of art. I also hope I've sparked your curiosity to travel and learn more about the world around you.

The last time I shared my travels with a class, I was able to cover a lot of things, but I wasn't able to dive into the artsy side of my trip. I'm grateful to have been able to share those things with you all, as art is one of my biggest passions. Thank you so much!

Make sure to tell your teacher thank you for her hard work. If it weren't for her and our Reach the World team, I wouldn't have been introduced to all of you. Feel free to reread the articles and check out the photos on the page as much as you want.

I'm so glad I got to meet you! You're all so very smart and I loved your ideas and questions during our meetings. Remember: no matter where you are, where you come from, or what you strive to become when you grow up, you can do anything you set your mind to.
