The weather varied amongst the eastern coast. In the Gold Coast, most days were rainy and cloudy during October. In the three days spent in Cairns, the weather was mostly warm. There was one day that was a little rainy and cloudy. The weather in Sydney was beautiful! It was sunny and perfect temperature during our stay.
I saw so many cools animals this week. I snorkeled for the first time at the Great Barrier Reef! I saw so many different species of fishes, corals, sea animals and even spotted a shark! Throughout the cities, it's common to spot turkeys, dogs and lizards everywhere on the sidewalks, too.
The coolest thing, in my opinion, I saw was the tassle fern. Did you know that the tassel fern is used to treat Alzheimer's disease? This is because there is a chemical called Huperzine that is found in tassel ferns, which is helpful for memory support.
