This week's logbook will look at how I spent the first week of April in Ordu. This week was interesting as we were off from school for the Ramadan holiday, so I had a lot of free time to explore!
I shared my adventures in Türkiye, what I learned about culture and why I hope you too will travel the world and maybe even visit Türkiye someday! Stay curious and keep exploring!
In Ordu, many people, especially in rural areas, do not speak English. However, some free community initiatives, like speaking clubs and language exchanges, offer support and opportunities to learn.
I visited the city of Çanakkale, where I saw the ancient city of Troy. I also visited Gallipoli.
