Denmark and Germany are neighbors and have a shared history, but how similar are these country's cities? This week, I'm here to show the differences between Copenhagen and Hamburg!

In love with its bikes, Copenhagen features many bike paths and, on narrow roads, integrates bikes into the flow of motor traffic
With narrow roads and lots of bikes, narrow sidewalks are made narrower by the natural need to park your bike somewhere
As buildings rise high and are tightly knit together, sometimes it feels like even the widest roads are as small as the narrow stone alleyways
...plus there isn't much variety in color; after all, it's hard to replace old buildings when there's no room for demolition or construction!
Copenhagen has some parks, but most of the nature, such as the nearby Amager Nature Park, is located well outside the city
The Copenhagen "Radhus" might be an old sight for me, but even today it still inspires awe!
Hamburg is indeed a pretty sight at night, but in my opinion Copenhagen takes the cake!
