What It's Like to Be a Kid in Australia

What kinds of music do you listen to?:

I listen to different types of music. Sometimes I listen to pop songs while the other times I listen to something acoustic. Most of the time I just listen to the songs on the radio and sing along.

What would you like to be when you grow up?:

I’m not sure what i’d like to be when I grow up but I either want to do something science or writing-related.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?:

I would like to go back to Japan because I like their food and culture.

What do you know or think about the United States?:

I know that the United States has Middle School and doesn’t have prep. Prep is a year before Grade One but after Kindy. Instead of having Middle School, we have Primary School from Prep to Year 6 and High School from Year 7 to Year 12.

I know that Donald Trump is the current President of the USA.

I know that Americans drive on the right side of the road.

What questions do you have for kids in the United States?:

I want to know what the classrooms are like and how long the lunch breaks are, so we could eventually persuade our Principal to put airconditioning in all the classrooms (because it is too hot during summer and spring) and increase the time for our lunch breaks.
