Nei hou (你好) (Hello)! My name is Jeff‑Michael Fowe, but you can call me Jeff. I will turn 21 in November. I was born in Boston, Massachusetts, lived in Cameroon for a while, and eventually settled with my family in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
I am currently a senior at North Carolina State University, where I study aerospace engineering and also pursue a minor in entrepreneurship. Because I was exposed to different parts of the world at a young age, I’ve always been curious about exploring new places and cultures. What better way to do that than spending an entire semester abroad?
That’s why I’m here in Hong Kong, a global hub for business, technology, and innovation. It’s the perfect place for me to experience a new culture while learning more about the fields I hope to pursue in the future. While I’m here, I’ll be sharing my experiences with you through the Reach the World program. I’m excited to show you what life is like in another country, talk about my studies, and learn from your questions and stories too.
