The Paisa Dialect of Spanish is spoken in the Antioquia region. 

What type of money is used here?:

They use Colombian Pesos (COP) throughout the country. 

How much does a bottle of water cost?:

A small bottle of water costs about 2,000-4,000 COP.

What was the best meal this week?:

I had a delicious ham and cheese empanada with guacamole and aji which is a spicy sauce made from several ingredients. Colombians put this sauce on a lot of their dishes for an extra kick! 

What music did I listen to this week?:

I listened to tons of Reggaetón. Salsa music isn't as popular in Medellín as it is in Cali. 

What activity was the most fun this week?:

I toured Comuna 13 and it was beautiful seeing such a lively neighborhood and learning about the history of the neighborhood. 

What did I read this week?:

I read Good Vibes Good Life by Vex King. It's important to keep yourself motivated while you're living aborad. 

What games or sports did I play this week?:
