Da Jia Hao, Vannakam, Mabuhay, and hello! My name is Jordan, and I grew up in Chula Vista, California. My favorite things to do are to eat yummy foods, play video games with my brothers, watch my favorite baseball team the Padres, and learn fun dances by watching K-Pop videos. Right now I am in the 20th grade! After graduating from elementary, middle, and high school in Chula Vista I went all the way to Connecticut for college at a school called Wesleyan University, where I mainly learned about developmental psychology, which is studying how kids learn, grow, and develop.
After college, I moved even farther to Taiwan, which is a country all the way across the Pacific Ocean where I taught English to students just like you. After my fun year in Taiwan, I moved back to the United States to go to graduate school at the University of Massachusetts to learn even more about Developmental Psychology. Now, I'm finishing my schooling by doing more research in Singapore to learn about how children across the world learn, think, and understand what it means to be a human.
I'm so excited to share my journey with you, and to learn about all the fun things you do too!
