I would say the best meal I had this week would be the fideuà de mariscos (Spanish fideuàwith seafood) that I made with my study abroad cooking class! We also made Valencia’s traditional dish, called paella Valenciana, at the same time. Both dishes tasted super amazing, which makes me excited for my next cooking class!
