Field trips look a bit different here in New Zealand, and this weekend I went on a multi-day trip to explore the geology and landscapes of the South Island’s West Coast.
The meat pie is a popular Kiwi snack. It is filled with variety of meats and can be found everywhere from gas stations to bakeries!
