If you want meat, the husband will slice it right in front of you and even ask how much you want! The bread and toppings are then toasted and warmed and wrapped up in a small wax paper and handed off to the customer.
All of the ingredients are bought daily at the local market and then brought to the shop by the owners. They love to cook with fresh ingredients. I love going here because I know the ingredients were grown on a farm from the next town over!
