Nobile Panino is a very quaint sandwich shop located on the ground floor of my apartment building. It is a very convenient location and truly one of my favorite places at which to eat! What makes it even better is that the shop is run by a husband and wife duo who love to be creative with their food!
Because I come to Nobile so often, the wife loves to get creative with my sandwiches. I simply tell her what kinds of foods I like, and she makes me whatever she wants! I like this setup because I always get to try a new concoction, and it is a surprise every time I go there! Most recently, I had wheat bread with a porcini mushroom and white truffle cream spread, roasted eggplant and chopped arugula. YUMMY!
I love trying the new recipes at Nobile because I never get the same sandwich twice. Sometimes I get ingredients that I do not enjoy like green olives, but I simply pick them off. I like letting the wife choose my ingredients for me because I get to really learn how Italians like to eat!
