As we walked, mist rolling off the waves blew over us. There is a strong sense of the power of nature there. The sea is much more vibrant than I had anticipated; a green-blue rather than the slate color the Atlantic can have.
Over the past weekend, I stayed outside the town of Dingle in a pretty rural area. I wanted to swim at the beach there, but the waves were so wild that it was too dangerous. It was beatiful to look at though. There were many cows and a rooster that crowed all morning! While I was pleased to see the animals, the smell that came with them was perhaps not my favorite.
