Hello, everyone! My name is Kevin Ear, and I am looking forward to sharing my journey in Spain with you!
Let me introduce myself. I was born and raised in College Park, Georgia. My parents grew up in Cambodia, but my grandparents are from China, so I am Chinese and Cambodian. As a child, I had to grow up quickly and take on a lot of responsibilities. I am the oldest in my family, and everyone expects me to lead and be succcessful so that my little sister and cousins can follow in my footsteps. I am a first-generation college student, and I currently attend the University of Georgia. I am studying Management Information Systems, or MIS. I will be graduating on May 8th, and then I will be working full-time with a consulting firm called Protiviti. My favorite pastime is working out at the gym, playing with my camera or making videos, and spending time with my friends and family. I speak three languages, English, Chinese, Khmer, and I am learning Spanish! I will be learning Spanish in Spain for four months. Why did I choose to learn Spanish? Well, I have always enjoyed learning, and learning languages has always made sense to me. Why did I choose to study in Spain? I chose Spain because Spanish originated in Spain!
