It's special because most of the street art has political messages that the artists want people to understand. In other countries, this type of art is often illegal, so that makes it Valencia's art different to that in other places.
It encourages people to express themselves and use art. It also attracts a lot of tourism, and Spain makes a lot of money from tourism. A lot of tourists come to Spain for the beautiful beaches and the sun, and they come for the awesome street art, too. I also think that it brings a lot of life to the environment!
