Hello! My name is Lan, and I'm from very hot and humid Houston, Texas. Normally, I'm a student studying economics and history at Barnard College in New York City, but this past year, I studied abroad at the oldest university in the English-speaking world, the University of Oxford.
Before this, I had never lived abroad (or even visited the U.K.), but as a kid whose favorite question was "Why?", my curiosity about the world around me led me to study history, economics, and English in a brand new place full of history. I can't wait to share my experience with you all!
