Embassy and Luso-American Foundation started a program called Connect to Success to specifically support women-owned businesses. However, the program ended last year. Now, it will be up to local universities, companies and business people to keep supporting women in business with training and financing. In the fall, I helped to organize an event so that different organizations that support women in business in Lisbon can work together.
