I was within the city this week, but the farthest I traveled, to Niu Shou Shan, was about 15 miles. Although that does not sound like much, it still took us about 45 minutes by bus to get there.
From the start of my study abroad journey to today, I have traveled over 6,000 miles.
I got around mostly by biking or walking. I also take the subway quite frequently as I live about 5 minutes away from a station.
The most interesting place I visited was the Niu Shou Shan hiking trail, which was also a decorated park filled with a lot of traditional architecture and traditional or religious performances!
