Hey, y'all! My name is Lydia Estes and for the next couple of months, I will be sharing the culture, language, and life in Buenos Aires, Argentina!
I am studying in Argentina for the next four months which means I will be surrounded by a different language, new customs, and definitely new foods and drinks. I will get a glance at this amazing country not only from the classroom but also simply by living here, going on excursions, and talking to locals.
By sharing my journey as a recipient of the Dickerson Scholarship from Birmingham-Southern College in Alabama, I hope to encourage people to study or travel abroad, or at the very least, get curious about other cultures, languages, and ways of life. I can't wait for this amazing journey and to share it with you!
