Hello! My name is Mariam, and I will be studying abroad at the University of Adelaide in Australia!
I have been doing a bit of traveling here and there ever since I was really young. My family moved around a lot and with every new area I moved to, I grew an appreciation for the different customs/cultures. I am originally Lebanese and my next big adventure on the list is heading to Australia due to the beautiful stories I have heard from relatives.
Besides my passion for traveling, I am also really artistic and a foodie which you will catch on to throughout my journey! I am a known introvert; however, I am constantly out and about to set an example that leaving your comfort zone sometimes is not as intimidating as it may seem.
I cannot wait to have you follow along my journey as a food science major in Adelaide! Let's go!
