The weather this week in Vienna was lovely. The sky was clear and the sun beamed down on us as we explored the city and wandered its streets. There was one cloudy day with a slight drizzle, but for the most part it was very pleasant. Spring has sprung!
In the city I noticed many pigeons, often gathering around people sitting on benches who were feeding them. When I went to the park, there were lots of people walking their dogs. I don’t usually see many animals in Copenhagen, so it made me really happy to experience that.
I was mostly in an urban environment but I saw a beautiful weeping willow centered in the middle of the children's playground!
As the weather gets warmer, more people are outside, emerging from the quiet of winter. The grass is changing from brown to green, and flowers are beginning to bloom!
