While I was in Vienna and Budapest, I made sure to try some of their most iconic dishes. In Vienna, I had Wiener Schnitzel, which is basically a thin piece of meat that’s breaded and fried until it’s super crispy, usually served with lemon and some simple sides like potato. In Budapest, I tried goulash, which is a warm and hearty stew with beef, paprika, and other vegetables. It was cool to try foods that are such a big part of each country’s culture and I really enjoyed them both! Which would you rather have?
