Sofia's Life

Wednesday is a short day and school ends at 12:20. However, I take the bus at 6:50 am to get to school by 7:20 am. In the afternoons, my school organizes after-school activities until 3:30 pm. I then take the bus home and arrive around 4 pm. 

How do you get to school? Are you allowed to go to school by yourself?:

I go to school by bus.  I am not allowed to go to school by myself.

Where do you eat lunch? What is your favorite food?:

I eat lunch in the school cafeteria. My favorite food is lomo saltado.

What language do you speak at school? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

My school is taught in both Spanish and English. Hola is Hello in Spanish

What are some common kids' names at your school?:

Sofia, Gabriela, Daniela, Emma, Cristobal, Joaquin,

What subjects do you study in school, and which one is your favorite?:

I study math, writing, reading, social studies, science and Spanish. My favorite is reading. 

What is your homework like?:

One sheet of math a week, 30 minutes of reading each day and about one page a day of Spanish homework, 

What do you like to do after school? Do you have a favorite sport or game?:

I am in my school gymnastics team. My favorite game is Who Started It?  My favorite sport is gymnastics. 

Who is your favorite famous person?:

My favorite famous people are Simone Biles, Gaby Douglas and Ariana Grande
