Now that we are back in China, it is nice to have my husband help take care of Mia, the English name my daughter received in the United States. We are all very close. Although Mia does not have siblings, she spends lots of time with her friends.
My family has one car that we use to get around Zhengzhou, but I walk to work because we live on-campus. If I am traveling throughout China, I like to take high-speed trains because they are very convenient.
I wear clothing similar to the clothing that teachers wear in America. However, I wear coats more than I did in the Southern United States because it can get cold where we live.
I like to learn and practice English in my free time. I enjoy traveling to new places. I also like to spend time with my family and friends.
My native language is Chinese and I also speak English. "Hello" is "你好” in Chinese.
Although my daughter likes animals, we do not have any pets.
When I lived in the United States, I traveled to large cities like New York, Boston and Washington D.C. In China, the farthest south I have traveled is Hong Kong and I have traveled throughout the Henan Province. I hope to visit more cities in the United States and in China.
