The reason I wanted to talk about Tsagaan Tsar is that it reminds me of why I think it’s important to connect with others. When you move to a new place or aren’t able to celebrate like you used to, it can be hard to adjust. On the bright side, new traditions like Tsagaan Tsar make it worth it! Now I know how to celebrate American holidays as well as Mongolian ones. Because I came to Mongolia, I met lots of new friends that invited me into their homes and their lives. I might not get the chance to celebrate Tsagaan Tsar in the same way again, but I can carry the happy memory of Tsagaan Tsar with me. Taking chances to learn new things is so important, and I can’t wait to see what other new things will happen in the future.
Saihan Shineleerei, and good luck in your own travels, wherever they take you!
