In Saly on the coast where I vacationed, it's been 70s and 80s and very pleasant! It's dry season so no humidity as well. Back in my village, we are hovering around the 80s and 90s. Keep in mind, in my village we have no electricity, running water or air conditioning. Not to mentioned that houses are not sealed off from the outdoors in anyway, so if it's 96 outside, it's also 96 inside my house! The vacation home I stayed in on the coast had windows, AC and temperature controlled running water!
Animals co-exist with humans in my village, and one cannot walk more than a few yards without noticing them. I’m awoken daily by my neighbor’s roosters greeting the morning loudly. As the weather is so warm here, chicks, ducks and wild turkeys hatch easily in the wild, and I’m sure to see multiple families of up to ten chicks pecking for food alongside the road on my daily walks. Families of donkeys and goats roam all around town, hollering to each other loudly at all hours of the day and night.
