It varied a lot, as it would be sunny for one or two days, but then rainy for another. Ultimately the sunny days outweighed the rainy ones, which was good! It was also quite windy at times.
I saw sheep, dogs, horses, a fox on campus (!) and tons of cows!
On Friday, a group of friends and I crossed a rope bridge called Carrick-a-Rede in Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland is separate from the Republic of Ireland (where I stay) and is actually a part of the United Kingdom. Crossing the bridge was scary because it moved with the ocean winds.
I had the opportunity to visit Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland, which was created by an ancient volcanic eruption that caused the interesting-looking basalt columns that you see in the pictures to form. However, legend has it that it was actually created by a giant who came to fight another giant, but got scared off.
