For my first dish, I got Papa a la Huancaina, which was really creamy and also very good, and for my second dish I got Seco de Cordero, which was also amazing. Finally, for my dessert, I got carrot cake.
This week I don't remember specifically listening to any music, but some singers whom you can usually find on my playlists include Don Toliver, The Weeknd, Billie Eilish and Travis Scott.
This week, my favorite activity was definitely getting to visit Toledo. Not only was it really exciting because of the fact that it's a medieval city and that it's a trip outside of Madrid, but also because it was an opportunity to hang out with my parents who came to visit me from Miami last week.
I am currently reading an amazing and inspiring book called "Navalny". It is based on the life of a brave man by the name of Alexei Navalny who stood up against Vladimir Putin to fight for the freedom and democracy of Russians. After being unfairly imprisoned for his views and protests against Putin, he ultimately died from poisoning while writing this book.
I haven't really done much athletics since coming to Madrid, though I definitely walk a lot throughout the city. However, some of my favorite sports from back home were swimming, tennis, and volleyball. I also did a lot of baseball back when I lived in Cuba.
