This is my last official journey article. It has been so fun sharing my experiences with you all!
Mexico has a unique holiday called Dia de Muertos, or Day of the Dead, where deceased relatives and loved ones are honored and remembered. I celebrated this day back in November!
My dad came from Iowa to visit me this weekend. We went to the former presidential palace, El Castillo, or "The Castle". We also took a cooking class and learned how to make traditional Mexican food.
