Bernt and I met playing basketball at the university's sports hall. One thing that I got from this interview and that I want you all to see as well, is that Bernt is not so different from any person his age, no matter the country of origin.

I was born in Oulu. My house is typical with two floors and four bedrooms. It is in the suburbs, with a dirty roof and cream-colored walls. My house is on a hill, and next to the house we have a garden.
My family consists of my two parents, my younger brother and me. My grandparents live nearby, about seven miles away. We are very close and do things together quite often.
I mostly use my bicycle if I need to get somewhere close, like the university. The bike paths here are really nice and easy to use.
I have never been too picky about brands. I do not really like logos on my clothes. I keep it basic and usually just wear black jeans, loose fitting t-shirts and a coat for the cold. Nothing too complicated.
