I am spending the year studying in Paris, France! I got to Paris just after the end of the Olympic Games and in the midst of a political crisis—I am excited to see how the city changes while I'm here!

During my time in Paris I have been taking a lot of culinary risks, since meal time is sacred here: no meal is rushed; no food is eaten on the streets; and snails are a perfectly acceptable dinner!
