Hi! I’ll be traveling to Morocco, a North African country rich in history and culture. Through photos and stories, I’ll share daily life, food, language, and local customs I see on my journey.

Ifrane had mostly sunny and warm days this week. I explored the local marché, tried new foods, and made a new cat friend. All while still learning about the culture, languages, and everyday life here.

I visited the city of Fes and explored its famous medina! It felt like a giant maze. I saw farms along the road, tried Moroccan food, and listened to music during an open mic night.

Ramadan is a special month where Muslim people fast during the day and eat at night. It follows the moon and ends with a celebration called Eid al-Fitr.

This video shares sounds and sights from my time in Ifrane, Morocco. It includes white storks' clacking, the call to prayer, the evening Ramadan prayers and the many cats that live around Ifrane.
