I spent my Halloween in the canton of Fribourg eating chocolate before going back to Geneva to cook up some fall desserts.
I have explored food from two of the four linguistic regions of Switzerland: the French and German regions. This exploration has led me to eat many delicious swiss foods such as fondue and malakoff.
