Ireland has two native seal species. This week, I got the chance to visit a seal I rehabilitation center, which gives you some idea of how much these animals are valued here in Ireland!

Nine friends took a road trip exploring the southern part of Ireland. In one weekend, we were able to cover 1,029 kilometers or 639 miles, making scenic stops from coast to coast. We learned a lot!
Connemara is the part of Galway that is mostly rural or mostly farmland. It's known for having the largest number of people who speak the Irish language. Children born here learn Irish before English.
