What is the largest meal you eat every day: breakfast, lunch or dinner? In the United States, my largest meal was dinner. Now that I live in Czechia, lunch is my most important meal of the day.
I have now been living in Ourense for over a month! As the honeymoon period of moving abroad ends, I am settling in more as I get to know Ourense better and start to find my place here.
Mongolian food is simple and delicious. There's a lot of meat, too, so you may have a hard time finding something you like if you're a vegetarian. Dig in!
