Pfaueninsel (Peacock Island) is filled with castles and cottages, so it is not rare to spot the peacocks on top of some buildings.
Something I’ve noticed about Berlin is that there don't seem to be that many stray cats. This is a stark contrast to New York City, where stray cats are everywhere. I recently found out that the city has been working to reduce the number of stray cats. In June 2022, a new law was enacted requiring owners to neuter, spay, and/or microchip.
