Spanish is the main language spoken here, but there are also a few areas where people speak the native language to El Salvador, náhuatl. Much of the native population has died out, so náhuatl is slowly becoming harder to learn, as not very many people speak the language anymore.
They use the U.S. dollar in El Salvador! They used to use the colón, but they switched to the U.S. dollar in 2001, and many have said that this switch was not good for El Salvador's economy. We'll look into this later!

Well, this week was pretty special because I had a solo concert in a church called La Iglesia el Rosario, a jazz night on Thursday, and a show this past saturday with the band that I'm in, called Camelo, which is a pop-funk band. So I listened to classical, jazz and pop-funk!
