






In Paris, most people speak French, but a lot of locals also know English as well. In Bordeaux, there wasn't a lot of English spoken since it is not as big of a city, so my friends and I had to speak a lot of French in Bordeaux!
The currency used here is the euro.
A bottle of water locally costs around six euros, which is approximately $7 U.S. dollars.

I listened to lots of French pop! it's kind of like the songs you'd hear on the radio in America, but these songs are in French and sung by French musicians.
Traveling to Bordeaux with my friends was super fun.
I've been reading the same novel since I arrived in Paris since I haven't had a lot of spare time :(. It is called Ask Again, Yes by Mary Beth Keane.
