But in the past few weeks, I have done tons of class reading, which has taught me more about the UK legal system and the different media they watch. One of the coolest things I learned in my readings is that in the UK, they usually watch mostly American films and shows, so all of the shows I watch, they watch as well.
This week, my friends and I played a card game called speed. It is a very cool game where you have to put half the deck of cards in order before the other person does. You each put your cards in the same pile, and when you are done, you tap the pile and yell "Speed." I taught all my roommates how to play, and they love it. It was one of my favorite games to play growing up, and I've become really good at it.
King's Cross Station is where you can find Platform 9 and 3/4, which some of you might recognize from the Harry Potter books.
