Traveler Bio

Hello, my name is Paige! For the next couple of months, I will be living in Granada, Spain, attending an intensive language school! I am living with a local host family that consists of a mom and her two adult children. I am excited to meet you all, so I can tell you what life is like here in Spain. Some cool things that are different from my home so far are: Everyone eats dinner at around 8 to 10 p.m., you basically have a free appetizer known as 'tapas' with each of your drinks here, and shops close during the day so the city can take a nap!

I was born in Texas but grew up in Washington state and have traveled and worked around the world for four years before I began my studies at Brown University. I love creating documentary films and I hope to be a documentary journalist! I have had two of my films in film festivals and the next film I hope to create will be about Alzheimer's. I can't wait to tell you more about my work and my life in Granada!
