Hello, I'm Paolo Antony Canova and I grew up in a small city in Arkansas named Fayetteville. My city is one of the largest cities in my state. When I was a kid, I still got to walk to school, but I could also play in the forest. I lived in the same place throughout my entire childhood, so at the time I could only imagine the rest of the United States from my family trips to Florida or thanks to an Explorer’s Club I joined when I was in 6th grade that took me to all kinds of big cities.
I eventually left home to study in a school built out of an old hospital. The only explorations I got to do while living there was the old rooms and reception areas, so instead I developed a love for science and an interest in Russia. After that school, I got to study in Chicago to chase my science dreams. I didn’t realise how big Chicago was until I moved there! One of my favorite things to do there is go to a park that allows me to see the skyline of the city. It is an awesome sight to see and it makes me feel like my hometown is just a suburb.
Being in Chicago made me wonder what the other cities of the world are like if this one wasn’t even one of the largest! It is now my fourth and final year in university, so I am hoping these travels through Russia will be the best experiences so far! I'm so glad you can join me!
