These are pistachio cream pancakes: fluffy pancakes with blueberries, a caramelized banana, pistachio whipped cream, nuts, chocolate chips, and maple syrup; yum!

From a street food stand (which is like a food truck in the U.S.), I got Hotteok (호떡), Korean sweet pancakes. Mine was filled with cream cheese and covered in condensed milk glaze—so sweet and gooey!
