Being Apart of Bucaramanga's Community

It is the same idea with saying goodbye. Even if you are talking to a service representative, or a stranger when you hang up or say goodbye, you do not just say "bye!" and hang up. It is usually a couple of goodbyes! For example, "very kind of you, thank you! Have a good day, I hope you are well! Talk to you later, bye!" or "Goodnight! Sleep well, rest up! See you later, bye!" If it is your significant other, your child or someone in your family, sometimes goodbyes are even longer. I love this! I think that it shows extra care and is very nice.

Even though sometimes it can be frustrating and overwhelming to be in a new place, I love that I get to be apart of Bucaramanga's community. I am learning things from salsa dancing, to how to say more caring goodbyes! I wonder what else we will learn as we explore together.
