I would say celebrating my friend's birthday!
For work, I read an interesting paper on advances in chemotherapy-based drugs made out of nanoparticles to treat brain cancer more effectively. For fun, I am currently reading The Shortest History of Germany by James Hawes, as I want to learn more about German history, and I love reading non-fiction and historical fiction as a "certified history buff"!
I played UNO with my friends at a game night!
I had a delicious dinner after my friend's concert on Sunday at a traditional Hessisch (from Hessen) restaurant called Apfelweingaststatte Klaane Sachsehauser in Frankfurt am Main. I ordered a pork schnitzel with mushroom gravy and spatzle (a traditional German pasta) along with a house salad. The mushroom gravy and salad were true winners!!
