Hello! Or, as they say in France, bonjour! My name is Ryan Kilgallon, and I am super excited for you to join me on my adventures abroad. I am currently studying in Lyon, a city in the southeast of France. Before we begin this trip together, I’d love to tell you a little bit about myself. I grew up in New York City (the Big Apple!) and went to a small school from Kindergarten all the way up to 12th Grade. For college, I came to Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where I am currently a sophomore, majoring in mathematics and geography.
Growing up, I acquired a deep appreciation for other cultures and a desire to better understand how other people around the world live. This was a key inspiration for me in choosing to study in France this term. I can’t wait to share my explorations in Lyon with you.
