One of my favorite parts of my trip was getting to spend time on the farm. The island we stayed on, called Denis Island, is self-sustaining, which means they produce and process the disposal of everything they need here on the island (except dry goods, like toilet paper). There's a massive farm that takes up a large part of the island, filled with different animals that contribute to the island's success. We got to play with baby goats and pet so many cows. It was so cool to see how the island keeps itself running on the farm, with the animals and the growth of fruits and vegetables.
